Project type: Newly constructed, purpose-built commercial asset

The Sunshine Coast is one of Queensland’s most popular holiday destinations. It is also a high-growth residential area, attracting its fair share of start-up entrepreneurs.

Currently the Sunshine Coast is only serviced by three shopping centres anchored by department stores.

The nearby Sunshine Coast airport is being expanded to provide direct flights both domestically and internationally. The major tertiary health campus also underwent major extension in 2017.

Coles North Buderim will be a new neighbourhood shopping centre, anchored around Coles. This centre will provide the only full line supermarket in the trade area of North Buderim, servicing a population of 12,500 people. The centre will house Coles, Liquorland and a further 8 specialty tenants.

This modern centre will have a 259-space car park for the convenience of the patrons. Strong sales are anticipated given that it is the only full-line supermarket in the area. It is well-positioned on the intersection of major roads: Maroochydore and Jones Roads.
